Eligibility
The CleanIndex certification is available to businesses of all sizes, industries, and geographies. There is no minimum revenue requirement, no employee count threshold, and no industry restriction.

- Willing to provide accurate data across environmental, social, and governance categories
- Committed to completing the assessment process within the defined timeline

The Certification Process
You create a CleanIndex account and complete the business profile questionnaire. This captures your company size, industry, geography, and current sustainability practices. You receive access to the CleanIndex data submission portal.
You submit data across the three ESG dimensions using the CleanIndex guided framework. The platform tells you exactly what data points are needed, provides definitions for every metric, and accepts multiple data formats.
